Fashion The code of conduct complies with social and ecological standards under the rules of the International Labour Organisation, United Nations convention and Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Its main priorities deal with the following requirements: procedures and standards with regard to waste management, the handling and disposal of chemical products, compliance with wage levels, hours of work, safety at the workplace, freedom to organise and negotiate, a prohibition on any kind of forced labour. The code also defends children's rights, and eliminating all forms of discrimination against women.
